Delete Your Age of Tycoon Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Age of Tycoon account and the data associated with it.

How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to ageoftycoon@gmail.com .
2. Use the subject Age of Tycoon Account Deletion Request.
3. Include the email address used for your Age of Tycoon account in your message. This is required so that we can identify the account and verify account ownership.
4. Send the request. We may contact you if additional information is reasonably required to verify account ownership.

Data that will be deleted

After the request and account ownership have been verified, deletion includes:

• Age of Tycoon account information.
• Email address associated with the account.
• User/account identifier.
• Supabase authentication/account data.
• Cloud save data.
• Game progress.
• Account-linked upgrades and settings.
• Other gameplay data associated with the account.

Data that may be retained

Some data may be retained for as long as necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Any retained data will only be kept for the period required for those purposes.

Advertising or analytics data processed independently by Google or other third parties is subject to those providers' own privacy and data retention policies.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days after the request and account ownership have been verified.
